Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking a Specialist, Governance and DRC Support to back the Board of Governors and the Disciplinary Review Committee. In this newly created role you will coordinate meetings, maintain records, and own governance projects while engaging with senior executives and volunteers across CFA Institute.

You will learn governance processes, drive process improvements, and contribute to training materials and logistics.

Qualifications

• Coordinate governance activities with accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate discretion and high level of confidentiality.
• Prepare agendas, materials and minutes for governance bodies.
• Support senior executives, Board members and volunteers across CFA Institute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance and DRC meetings and materials.
• Own governance projects and entity management.
• Maintain confidential governance records, databases and case management systems.
• Onboard/offboard volunteers and manage disclosures and access.
• Assist with nominations process and related logistics.
