Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, coursework, and experience.
• Contract management certification or paralegal credentialing also considered.
• Three years of corporate compliance, legal operations, contract management, paralegal, or similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; excellent verbal & written communication.
• Able to interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Skill in project coordination and workload management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems preferred.
• Experience with policies and procedures and compliance management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and matter management as necessary.
• Maintain organized filing systems, document retention, and legal records management.
• Draft, proofread, edit, format, and finalize legal documents and correspondence.
• Process subpoenas, discovery, and records requests with other departments.
• Track regulatory or external complaints and maintain related records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory filings and deadlines.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professional judgment.
