Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Governance and Compliance Tester to assess and validate our organization's adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting compliance tests, identifying risks, and ensuring governance frameworks align with industry best practices.

- Understand the topic that has to be tested and then create test plans and scripts. Experience in design and operational effectiveness testing and sample testing is preferred.

- Communicate the results of test plans and scripts in stakeholder meetings and compile these results into formal reports or PowerPoint presentations.

- Document processes, conduct detailed procedure and requirement reviews, and perform UAT, SIT, or QA testing as applicable.

- FI Governance experience, such as holding roles in audit, second line, or compliance roles within US or CDN banks or consulting firms, is desirable.

- Soft skills: proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, data extrapolation, and strong communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
