Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver financial and management advisory services for commercial and federal clients. You will analyze client issues, develop actionable solutions, and mentor staff on engagements.

Engagements span client relations, proposals, and collaboration with Partners. Travel to client sites is expected, with CPA/PMP preferred and strong Microsoft Office capabilities to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of financial and management consulting experience.
• Deltek Costpoint ERP experience is a plus.
• Experience with Commercial and Federal clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills; solid Microsoft Suite skills.
• CPA or PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients analyzing client issues and developing solutions.
• Review work, train and coach staff consultants.
• Assist with strengthening existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities by participating in sales meetings and working on proposals.
• Interact directly with Partners and leadership on client and engagement management.
