Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz (China) Technology Co., Ltd. seeks a senior compliance leader to own and direct the overarching compliance strategy for U.S. government programs in Columbia, MD.

You will ensure alignment with FAR/DFARS and agency regulations while standardizing an enterprise-wide EVMS performance framework across segments. You will drive policy development, support internal and external audits, and act as the primary escalation point for compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide compliance strategy.
• Proven ability to maintain policies and procedures amidst evolving regulations.
• Strong background in internal and external audits and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Own overarching compliance strategy for US government programs.
• Standardize and enforce EVMS Integrated Performance Management Framework.
• Develop and enforce enterprise-wide compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits (CPSR, DCAA, etc.).
• Act as escalation point for compliance issues and coordinate resolution.
• Conduct surveillance testing using data-driven analysis to detect anomalies.
• Draft and close CAPs in response to CARs.
• Define baseline competency requirements for CAMs and schedulers.
• Build, mentor, and manage a compliance and accounting team.
• Other duties as assigned.
