Job summary

Lentech, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Security Lead/ISSO to drive security architecture and compliance for a Dynamics 365/Power Platform CMS supporting legal services to children.

You will own artifact production (SSP, FIPS 199, BIA), incident management, access control, and privacy integrations, ensuring readiness for government assessments and steady-state operations.

Requires US citizenship, eligibility for public trust, 8+ years ISSO experience, and strong NIST/FedRAMP expertise.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen and eligible for a PUBLIC TRUST.
• 8+ years of ISSO experience or equivalent in government/security roles.
• Deep experience with NIST SP 800-53 controls and GCC environments.
• Expertise with MS Dynamics 365/Power Platform security and Dataverse boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of security artifacts (SSP, risk assessments, BIA, contingency plan).
• Manage incident response and government reporting processes.
• Enforce default-deny access controls and analyze monthly access reviews.
• Incorporate privacy-by-design in data models and prevent storing PII or SSNs when possible.
• Maintain POA&M for open findings and support assessments.
• Participate in Change Control Board for security changes.
• Develop and test backup, recovery, and reconstitution procedures.
