Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive national growth for our Government Design team in the United States. You will identify federal opportunities, build strong DoD relationships, and lead teaming strategies to win contracts.

Responsibilities include monitoring GovWin/SAM/SAME sources, developing BD plans, preparing proposals, and representing Haskell at industry events. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, or related fields.
• Strong capability to develop and manage federal BD opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead national growth opportunities for Government Design team.
• Monitor federal opportunities via GovWin, SAM, SAME, and other sources.
• Develop targeted BD plans and secure teaming arrangements.
• Cultivate and maintain DoD relationships and expand opportunities.
• Prepare qualifications statements and responses to proposals.
• Represent Haskell at trade shows and professional meetings.
• Travel up to 30%.
