Job summary

Amazon, via Frontier AI, seeks a Head of Gov Compute Delivery to lead a senior TPM team delivering billions in server and GPU capacity for government regions. You’ll own near‑term and long‑term compute delivery, partner across software, hardware, supply chain, networking, datacenters, power, compliance, and finance.

You will report to senior leadership and influence priorities at VP level, with autonomy to set strategy and build the team from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 7 years of people management experience.
• 7 years of technical program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating release schedules.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own, through your team, EC2 capacity delivery against global commitments to AWS’s largest Government customers and frontier‑AI workloads.
• Produce executive‑visible reporting that drives capacity, capital, and engineering‑investment decisions.
• Set strategy and program structure where none exists, and drive cross‑functional alignment at scale.
• Influence priorities across a diverse set of stakeholders and partners — up to VP level.
• Hire, grow, develop, and retain a team of TPMs; grow senior ICs into future leaders through coaching and stretch assignments.
