Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hires dishwashers who understand high expectations for food presentation and execution on spotless, clean kitchenware.
• Coordinate with open-kitchen layouts and ensure proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace.
• Follow proper sanitation protocols and perform opening/closing cleaning duties.
