Job summary

J. Alexander's Restaurant is seeking a Dishwasher to support our fast-paced, scratch kitchen. You will maintain spotless cookware and dinnerware, manage opening and closing duties, and uphold sanitation standards in a team-driven environment.

Experience with basic kitchen equipment is preferred; must be at least 18. Flexible shifts and both part-time or full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute proper dish cleaning and maintain a clean station.
• Follow sanitation protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
