Gourmet Coordinator - Full Time, Italian (Tropicana Atlantic City)

Join Caesars Entertainment as a Gourmet Coordinator - Full Time, Italian (Tropicana Atlantic City).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance, counseling, and supervision to staff at gourmet outlets.
• Maintain seating rotation chart and book reservations for walk-in guests.
• Manage reservation system to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure staff adheres to customer service standards.
• Build relationships to develop repeat business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• At least three years of gourmet restaurant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Knowledge of the Casino Control Act & Attendant Regulations, and company policies.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22.00 per hour
