Job summary

The Texas Democratic Party in Arlington is seeking GOTV Organizers to join the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign, helping mobilize voters and build the volunteer network across Texas. You will lead events, recruit volunteers, and implement GOTV infrastructure to translate energy into turnout.

This role runs Aug 24–Nov 15, 2026, is full-time and non-exempt. Monthly pay is $5,000 with overtime as hours increase; benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance plus stipends for cell

Task and time management skills.
Experience planning, setting up, and staffing events.
Volunteer management or team-building acumen.

Responsibilities

Organize voter contact events: plan and lead 2+ events weekly.
Recruit and develop volunteer teams and leaders.
Represent the campaign to activists, supporters, and voters.
Manage voter contact systems and data entry in campaign tools.
Build GOTV infrastructure with staging locations.
Report results on voter contact and staffing performance.
