Job summary

Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Albany, Georgia is looking for a dedicated Kids Director to oversee the children's ministry. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for helping children and parents grow spiritually, and the ability to create engaging and safe environments.

As a full-time position, the Kids Director will work 40+ hours per week, guiding volunteers and collaborating closely with parents and other staff to ensure the success of kids programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and equip Kids Ministry staff and volunteers.
• Communicate updates to parents and church partners.
• Plan and execute children's ministry events effectively.
• Develop a vibrant 4th and 5th grade ministry.
