Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years paid children’s ministry experience
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams
• Strong communication with children, parents, and church leadership
• Familiarity with Southern Baptist doctrine, polity, and convention resources
• Heart for evangelism and discipleship of children birth–5th grade
