  • Communicate product updates, migration progress, roadmap direction, adoption priorities, and enhancement plans, tailoring messages to leaders, partners, business‑unit representatives, and impacted user groups.
  • Create a continuous feedback loop with users and business units to inform backlog priorities, product enhancements, process and usage improvements, and future decisions that increase adoption and business value.
  • Define and monitor success measures such as OKRs, KPIs, migration and adoption signals, stakeholder feedback, enablement reach, and usage trends, while leading cross‑functional efforts with strong ownership and follow‑through.

  • Experience contributing to roadmaps, backlog priorities, feature planning, or enhancement decisions with engineering and cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to present product capabilities, demonstrations, migration impacts, and business value to large, varied audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, vendors, design, support, and engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, enterprise collaboration tools, productivity platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise technology practices.
