Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Google SecOps Manager to support Google SecOps engagements within the Cyber Defense & Resilience team. You will design and deploy SOC architectures, including SIEM/SOAR, and lead end-to-end log ingestion pipelines with integrations for automated data ingestion, alert enrichment, and case management.

You will collaborate with SOC analysts and threat detection engineers to tune rules, mentor colleagues, and advance modern SecOps methodologies across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 9+ years in security operations, threat detection, or IT security.
• Experience with Google Cloud SecOps tool stack (Chronicle SIEM, SecOps SOAR).
• Experience with Python scripting and log data tooling (ETL, pipelines).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, GTI, SIEM/SOAR workflows.
• Ability to travel ~50% and willingness for sponsor considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead secure, scalable Google SecOps architectures including SIEM/SOAR.
• Oversee end-to-end log ingestion pipelines and integrations.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts to tune threat rules and responses.
• Translate SOC processes into SOAR playbooks to scale triage.
• Develop and manage integrations across security tools and data sources.
• Mentor junior team members in SOC engineering and process development.
