Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Architect to design, develop, and scale chat Virtual Agent frameworks on Google Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES. You will lead NLP/NLU initiatives, implement RAG pipelines, and integrate REST/gRPC services across cloud-native architectures.

You will train and deploy custom LLMs, optimize agent flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust conversational solutions for enterprise contexts in a fast-moving AI stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development with 4+ years in NLP/NLU for chat
• Advanced Python skills with ML/NLP libraries
• Proven success building conversational agents with Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES
• Proficiency in GCP services and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with Agent Assist functionality is a plus

Job description

• Develop and maintain cloud-native chat Virtual Agent solutions usingGCP services(CCAI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery).
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models andRAG pipelines.
• Develop REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based integrations for seamless system communication.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development (4+ years in NLP/NLU for chat).
• AdvancedPythonskills with ML/NLP libraries (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven success building conversational agents withVertex AIandDialogflow CX/ES.
