Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects within Google Cloud Logistics. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and communications across cross-functional partners in multiple offices and time zones.

You will drive continuous process improvements, standardize user documentation, and create leadership-ready presentations. The role emphasizes vendor management and data-driven insights across global logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
  • 10 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
  • 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting supply chain logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Own End-to-End daily logistics operations management, including material and information flow; manage 3PL vendors and data centers in assigned locations.
  • Manage and monitor KPIs, vendor scorecards, and develop business cases to support logistics changes or improvements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Forward/Reverse Logistics Strategy aligned with long-term goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization through innovative logistics solutions.
  • Engage with Google stakeholders to align priorities and scale the business efficiently, delivering on performance targets.

  • 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain environments managing vendors (e.g., suppliers, manufacturers) or Third-Party Logistics groups.

In this role, you will be the leader of how Google optimizes daily logistics processes while incorporating current industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement recommendations, managing the implementation of changes within operations, standardizing user documentation, creating processes that motivate action, and interacting with all partner teams.

You will initiate and oversee operational improvement efforts for Google Cloud Logistics, analyze operational impacts to inform improvements, work with key stakeholders, motivate innovation within the operational teams, and create presentations or documents for the leadership team highlighting operational performance and improvements.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
