Job summary

A hands-on Specialist with foundational experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or ML—now building deep expertise in GCP—will support delivery teams in designing modern data and AI solutions.

You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project execution across data governance, security, and MLOps

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, ML Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years practical experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• 2+ years experience with SQL, data modeling, and building data pipelines.
• 2+ years experience with Python or AI/GenAI tools (Vertex AI preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical delivery for data and AI projects.
• Build data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage).
• Assist with data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization in BigQuery.
• Implement data ingestion patterns for batch and streaming sources.
• Support dashboards and analytics products using Looker or Looker Studio.
• Develop ML models and AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini, and embeddings.
• Implement ML pipelines and MLOps processes (monitoring, retraining, deployment).
• Support prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG experimentation.
• Contribute to testing, validation, and documentation.
• Gather requirements in client workshops and translate to technical tasks.
