Impactable – B2B Ads Agency in Lviv is seeking a Google Ads Campaign Specialist to conduct keyword research, build high-performance search campaigns, and monitor results.

You will optimize strategies, report insights to clients, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or another relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience in developing, executing, and managing Google Ads campaigns, including experience with Google Ads Campaign Manager (formerly Google AdWords).
• Demonstrated experience in driving leads through Google Search Ads, including the effective use of Google Search Network, keywords, ad copy, and extensions.
• Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and a proven track record of improving click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-click (CPC).
• Detailed understanding of Google Ads targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and measurement and optimization techniques.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lviv for a Google Ads Campaign Specialist. The Google Ads Campaign Specialist will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research, developing and executing high-performance Google search campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance.
