Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain in Helena, Montana, is looking for a dedicated employee to support production, retail, and donation door operations. The successful candidate will act as Supervisor in Charge and ensure high service standards for guests and donors.

With flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, this role requires you to be cross-trained and possess prior supervisory experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and tuition assistance.

Job description

Provides support to production, retail, and/or donation door as needed. May act as “Supervisor in Charge” of the entire facility. Responsible for ensuring a high level of guest and donor service and that Easterseals‑Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced.

Responsibilities

• Support production, retail, and donation door operations.
• Serve as Supervisor in Charge as required.
• Ensure guest and donor service standards are met.
• Enforce Easterseals‑Goodwill policies and procedures consistently.
• Be responsive to changing circumstances, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
• Supervise Goodwill Donation Door activities when required.
• Assist in all aspects of retail, production, and donation door operations.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and longer shifts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be cross‑trained and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and donation door operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing all job duties.
• Lift and carry 20–100 pounds with team lifting or mechanical assistance.
• Stand, stoop, bend, or carry for the duration of the shift.
• Tolerate extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends or longer shifts if needed.
• May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
• Background check required; criminal convictions do not automatically bar employment.

Experience

• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
