Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The 135-bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children’s hospital between Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides a variety of specialized services for our community’s children ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. It has a 16 bed PICU, 70 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house Neonatology coverage.

Position Information:
Lee Physician Group (LPG) – Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine is seeking a passionate physician with experience in adolescent healthcare, particularly someone who has completed a fellowship in this important field. Ideal candidates will have expertise in eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating, along with a solid background in gynecological issues, menstrual health, pregnancy prevention, sexual health, and performing pap smears. Our patient demographic consists of individuals aged 13 to 21 years.This position is based in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida and will exclusively provide specialty care for adolescents and young adults in the community.This practice’s schedule is set up with ample appointment times to better support and care for its patients.
Soon, we will be moving into a new office designed to accommodate an entire support team, including an Advanced Practice Provider, a psychologist, a dietician, an RN care coordinator, and customer support and medical assistants. We seek a dedicated physician eager to contribute to the establishment of an innovative program that will make a meaningful impact on lives.
