Role Description

This is a part‑time, on‑site Golf Warehouse Fulfilment role based in Fort Myers, FL. The team member will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining organized inventory and clean storage areas. Day‑to‑day tasks include receiving and checking incoming stock, restocking shelves, preparing packages with appropriate labels and packing materials, and updating order or inventory systems as needed. The role may also assist with basic product inspection, coordinating with customer service on special order requests, and supporting occasional in‑person customer pickups. This position requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to stand and move for extended periods, and a willingness to help where needed in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with team members and support a positive customer experience.
• Knowledge of Golf and Golf Equipment to accurately handle, identify, and package products for golfers of all levels.
• Ability to learn basic operational tasks related to warehouse fulfilment; any familiarity with Irrigation or golf course operations is a plus but not required.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a structured warehouse setting.
• Comfort with physical tasks such as lifting boxes, standing, and walking for most of the shift.
• Previous warehouse, retail, or order fulfilment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interest in golf culture and willingness to support a fun, inclusive, and team‑oriented work environment.
