Job summary

The Golf Mart, part of Worldwide Golf, seeks a friendly cashier in Santa Rosa, CA to promote a store culture aligned with the company’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy, putting the customer first for a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities include excellent customer service, processing transactions via the POS system, assisting with floor moves and displays, and supporting merchandising. Part-time, on-site role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service, keeping in mind that the customer’s last phase of their shopping experience is with the cashier.
• Process information and merchandise through computer and POS register system.
• Assist with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
