Job summary

The Golf Mart, part of Worldwide Golf, is seeking a Part Time Cashier in San Diego, CA. You will promote a store culture focused on customer service and the “Sure No Problem” philosophy, handling transactions and ensuring a positive customer experience at the service desk.

Responsibilities include processing information and merchandise via computer/POS, assisting with floor moves and displays, and contributing to a smooth checkout. Entry-level candidates welcome; golf knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work varied hours/days.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; retail or golf environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the service desk and process all transactions.
• Operate the POS register system and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and replenishment.
• Identify ways to improve processes after training is complete.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
