Job summary

Invited is seeking a Starter Golf to manage the flow of play on the golf course, enforce club rules, assist members and guests, and deliver professional customer service to ensure an exceptional experience for everyone.

You will help maintain pace of play, locate balls, coordinate with staff, and keep the course ready with scorecards and etiquette knowledge. This outdoor role requires flexibility and attentiveness to details.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, ability to interact with members, guests and staff.
• Excellent knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist members/guests with finding appropriate games and maintaining pace of play.
• Enforce club rules and etiquette; handle violations politely and professionally.
• Locate lost balls, provide rides when requested, and support needs on the course.
• Ensure timely course presence and adhere to tee times and regulations.
• Maintain scorecards, pencils, tees, and other essentials for smooth play.
• Collaborate with Outside Services, Range Attendants, and Cart Attendants.
• Keep the course clean, restock supplies, and ensure clear signage.
