Job summary

Treviso Bay, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Starter / Course Advisor / Practice Partner. As an associate of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management, delivering superb service to members and guests.

Role is Seasonal (6 months or less) with responsibilities including managing tee times, assisting golfers, and communicating with the Golf Shop. Join us to grow knowledge of golf club operations in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (if driving golf cars or range equipment).
• Strong work ethic.
• Friendly personality and enjoy working with the public.
• Organized and able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests at the driving range and when tee times are scheduled.
• Manage tee times to keep players on schedule.
• Coordinate with course staff for cleanups and responsibilities as needed.
• Provide scorecards, pencils and other items to guests as required.
• Advise guests on course conditions and pace of play.
• Enforce course policies and safety practices; report issues to supervisor.
