Innovative Sim is seeking a skilled Golf Simulator Construction Technician to lead on-site builds in the Tampa market. You will work on enclosures, hitting bays, and premium spaces, collaborating with tech leads to install projectors, sensors, and audio/video gear.

The role emphasizes finish carpentry, drywall, and precise framing, with frequent site travel and strong customer-facing readiness. Join a team dedicated to delivering turnkey, high-performance golf simulator experiences.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, framing, or drywall/finish work.
Proficient with tools and construction layout processes (framing, drywall, finish carpentry, trim).
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Prepare site conditions and assist with pre-install walkthroughs.
Frame and construct enclosures, hitting bays, and platform structures per specs.
Hang, finish, and repair drywall for enclosures and showroom builds.
Perform finish carpentry and trim to a premium client-ready standard.
Install and align screens, turf, acoustical panels, and AV gear.
