Job summary

Comanche Trace, located in Kerrville, TX, is seeking a Part-Time Golf Shop Supervisor to join Troon’s private club hospitality team. You will help manage reservations, greet guests, and provide service for golf shop operations and F&B options.

Responsibilities include inventory presentation, POS transactions, and end-of-day reconciliations. A friendly personality and reliable work ethic are essential; knowledge of golf is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to guests to expedite check-in.
• Provide customer service to members and guests regarding Food and Beverage options.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green and cart fees from guests and process in POS system.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and supplies.
• Assist in cash reconciliation and accounts receivable at day end.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Position Responsibilities:

Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course

Provides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process

Provides customer service to members and guests regarding Food and Beverage options

Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed

Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trained

Issues receipts for guest purchases

Takes messages for staff or guests

Assists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies

Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
