Job summary

Innisbrook Golf Resort in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a Full Time Shop Assistant in our racquet shop to provide superior customer service, handle sales, and support merchandising and inventory tasks.

The role includes opening/closing procedures, processing sales, reservations by phone, and contributing to displays and event prep. Strong English communication and basic computer/MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, write English; good communication skills.
• Basic computing ability; familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop or store.
• Maintains accountability of all sales and money transactions.
• Collects applicable fees from patrons as they arrive.
• Makes reservations and assists customers on the phone as needed.
• Works with team and outside staff to ensure all play is accounted for.
• Assists with general cleaning of the shop.
• Assists with creating appealing displays.
• Assists with quarterly physical inventories.
