Shell Point Retirement Community is seeking a part-time Golf Shop Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to members, residents, and guests. The role supports daily golf shop operations by answering phones, scheduling tee times, checking in players, processing fees, assisting with merchandise sales, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.

The ideal candidate is energetic, service-oriented, comfortable handling cash and POS systems, and knowledgeable about golf

Qualifications

Provide friendly, professional service to members, residents and guests.
Experience in a private golf club setting preferred.
Comfortable handling cash and operating POS systems.

Responsibilities

Answer phones, schedule tee times, and check in players.
Process fees and assist with merchandise sales.
Maintain a clean, organized retail environment and support golf shop operations.
