Job summary

Troon is seeking a Pro Shop Attendant at George Dunne National Golf Club in Oak Forest, IL. The role involves inside and outside duties, handling reservations, processing payments, and ensuring smooth guest experiences from check-in to tee time.

Qualifications

• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations for golf course guests as an Inside staff member.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as directed.
• Collect green and cart fees and process in the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace; reconcile cash and day-end accounts.
• Assist with setup of equipment and golf carts.
• Welcome and greet guests as Outside staff; explain rules and etiquette.
• Wash and sanitize golf carts; organize storage areas and practice facility.
• Assist with the setup of carts and equipment for regular tee times or outings.
• Ensure there are four players per group when possible; manage pace of play.
