Job summary

Max A Mandel Golf Course, operated by Troon, invites applications for a Pro Shop Attendant in Laredo, TX. The role focuses on guest services, reservations processing, and maintaining a welcoming pro shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check‑in.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and process in the POS system as trainer.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe workplace.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day.
• Ensure property and its amenities are secured daily.
• Assist with set‑up of equipment and golf carts.
