Responsibilities include welcoming golfers, processing charges, checking in players, handling tee-time bookings, and maintaining organized displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of golf operations, equipment and etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills to maintain shop presentation and inventory.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with golf merchandise and equipment.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and endure temperature/humidity.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 100 lbs., and use general shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and welcome golfers in the pro-shop.
• Process charges at the register and check in players before rounds.
• Handle member/guest inquiries and tee-time bookings by phone or in person.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Oversee inventory by checking in merchandise, organizing displays, and restocking.
• Support course operations with marshaling and outside services as needed.
• Provide operational support to head golf professional and management.
• Follow club policies and maintain safe, orderly work areas.
