Job summary

Twice in Palm City, FL, is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to support tee-time reservations, lesson scheduling, POS transactions, and merchandise display. This part-time role requires 20–28 hours per week and a hands-on approach to customer service.

You will assist with inventory, promotions, and daily shop maintenance while collaborating with golf staff to ensure a smooth operation and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of retail sales and creating an attractive Golf Shop.
• Assist merchandiser with monthly and year-end inventory using POS.
• Knowledge of Jonas and ForeTees preferred.
• Professional dress and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide members and guests with superior service in all golf operations.
• Assist with weekly events, process tee times, and schedule lessons.
• Inform guests about tee times, tournaments, and special orders.
• Coordinate with starters to ensure accurate member/guest fees and counts.
• Assist with trunk shows and promotions.
• Help maintain and clean the shop and fitting areas.
