Job summary

Sea Pines Country Club, Inc. in Hilton Head Island, SC seeks a dependable Golf Shop Attendant to support daily Golf Shop operations and assist the Merchandising Manager with retail presentation. The role focuses on member and guest service, tee-time coordination, and accurate transactions in a professional environment.

The position is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with full club employee benefits. Prior golf shop experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; POS experience preferred.
• Golf knowledge or experience encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage tee sheet and assist with tee-time operations.
• Operate the POS system and process member and guest transactions.
• Assist members and guests with Golf Shop needs and inquiries.
• Answer phones and provide professional customer service.
• Support Merchandising Manager with organization, pricing, and product knowledge.
• Help members with product selection and purchases.
• Perform other Golf Shop and Golf Operations duties as assigned.
