Join Our Team as a Seasonal Golf Shop Attendant! Where great service meets the green.

Are you passionate about golf and enjoy creating exceptional experiences for others? We're looking for friendly, detail-oriented team players to join our Golf Shop team! As a Golf Shop Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and members, helping ensure every visit starts and ends with excellent service.

Whether you're assisting with tee times, merchandising the shop, or managing player check-ins, your role is essential in making a golfer’s day memorable.

Compensation: $12.41/hr

Role: As an attendant, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for every golfer. You will greet and assist guests, handle check-ins for play, and help manage tee times. Additional responsibilities may include merchandising, processing payments, receiving inventory, and supporting tournament operations. As the first point of contact, Golf Shop Attendants are the face of the course—excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and a customer-first attitude are key to success in this role. Ultimately, your goal is to help ensure every golfer enjoys a smooth, memorable day from arrival to the 18th hole.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and register customers for play with warmth and professionalism
  • Book tee times and coordinate with the Golf Sales Manager and Pro Staff
  • Assist members in selecting merchandise and provide informed product recommendations
  • Maintain organized and attractive merchandise displays to boost shop sales
  • Process transactions accurately (cash, cards, gift certificates, etc.)
  • Receive and verify merchandise shipments and communicate discrepancies promptly
  • Track inventory, transfers, and sales reports
  • Support tournament operations and special events
  • Keep the shop clean, stocked, and guest-ready
  • Attend meetings and ongoing training as required
  • Perform other duties to support a smooth operation and a five-star experience

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Golf knowledge or previous club/resort experience (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • A customer-first mindset and team spirit
  • Reliability and flexibility, especially on weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable usingPOS and basic computer system
