Job summary

Walden Golf Club is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to greet members and guests, book tee times, manage tee sheets, and check-in golfers. The role involves selling merchandise, handling cash transactions, and opening/closing the Golf Shop.

You will also oversee outside staff as needed and ensure a positive member experience. Flexibility is required with 3–5 shifts per week; afternoons and weekends are common.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to manage tee reservations and check-in golfers.
• Flexible schedule with 3–5 shifts per week.

Responsibilities

The Golf Shop Attendant will perform have a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

• Customer Service - Greeting members and guests in a positive and friendly manner and answer any questions.
• Reservations - Booking tee times and tee sheet management. Accurately checking in golfers.
• Merchandise - Sell merchandise, restock, monitor inventory levels for reorder.
• Accurately charging members and guests, cash handling.
• Opening and closing the Golf Shop.
• Monitor and direct outside staff as needed.
