Seven Canyons Golf in Sedona, AZ is seeking a full-time Golf Shop Attendant dedicated to delivering excellent guest service. You will be on the front line, greeting members and visitors, handling reservations, check-ins, and shop operations with a friendly and professional attitude.

The role requires basic register skills and dependable work ethic, with knowledge of golf preferred. Join a team focused on hospitality, accuracy at the POS, and supporting daily golf operations.

Responsibilities

• Take customer reservations for guests.
• Provide customer service during check-in for arriving guests.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory.
• Collect green and cart fees and process in POS system.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and supplies.
• Reconcile cash and daily register at close.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT - Seven Canyons Golf (Sedona, AZ)

Come be a part of the vibrant team at the Seven Canyons Golf. We are seeking a full-time Golf Shop Attendant to provide amazing customer service for our members and guests. Our Golf Shop Attendant should the most enthusiastic and courteous employees as they are on the front line and often a first impression of our facility.

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

Duties:

• Customer reservations for guests to enjoy our golf course
• Provides customer service to arriving guests / check-in process
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as needed
• Collects green and cart fees from guests and processes in the POS system as trained
• Issues receipts of guest purchases
• Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
• Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
