Job summary

Cobbs Creek Golf Club in Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Golf Shop Attendant to support member and guest experiences and assist with golf club operations.

You will process reservations, help guests check in, manage inventory displays, collect fees and handle receipts using the POS system, and perform related duties as assigned.

The role welcomes friendly, reliable individuals with good communication skills and a basic knowledge of golf, and includes healthcare and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process customer reservations for guests of the golf course.
• Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite the check-in process.
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
• Collect green and cart fees and other revenue from guests and process them in the POS system as trained.
• Issue receipts for guest purchases.
• Take messages for staff or guests.
• Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operation supplies.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to the daily register at closing.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
