Job summary

Golf-Club-of-Georgia is seeking a courteous Golf Shop Attendant to welcome members and guests, assist with tee-time reservations, check-ins, and billing, while maintaining a tidy shop and promoting club events and traditions.

The role requires strong golf knowledge, excellent communication, and a genuine hospitality mindset. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred to support club activities and tournaments.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with entry to the club, reserve tee times, check them in, and bill accordingly
• Maintain knowledge of club services, dining options, and hours
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Assist in merchandising display and upkeep of shop area
• Operate POS system and answer phones
• Uphold club policies and dress code
• Support golf tournaments and outings
