Job summary

Meadia Heights Golf Club in Lancaster, PA is seeking a part-time Golf Shop Attendant to manage the club's golf operation, pro shop, outside services, and merchandising. You will assist the Head Golf Professional with planning, promotions, and directing golf activities, and handle customer transactions.

Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Excel, Word, and club POS systems, plus a solid understanding of club financials, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel and Word plus club POS systems.
• Understanding of club financials.
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
• Knowledge of shop inventory management.
• Attention to detail in sales and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Golf Professional in planning, promoting, directing golf activities.
• Develop merchandise sales and promotions during holidays, specials events, and times when sales are slow.
• Order supplies for the golf shop as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
• Assist with all tournament operations.
• Maintain logs (comp, rain check, monthly range, etc.).
• Complete customer transactions.
