Job summary

Dunwoody Country Club in the Atlanta area is seeking a full-time Golf Services team member. The role requires a positive, outgoing attitude and excellent customer service skills, with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of practice areas, golf clubs, and carts.

You will join a supportive team, work rotating shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays, and contribute to departmental goals while upholding service standards that ensure members have the best

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in the safe and effective use of golf equipment and facilities.
• Previous experience in a golf services or similar facility.
• Commitment to working scheduled shifts.
• Integrity, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name upon arrival and departure, delivering prompt and courteous service to members and guests.
• Maintain and clean golf carts, golf clubs, golf balls, practice areas, and towels; perform other duties as assigned or needed to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Offer assistance to members and answer questions regarding the golf course and club information, addressing any concerns with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Maintain daily operations are properly attended to, stocked, and cleaned.
• Enforce Club rules (e.g., age limits, cart regulations).

Experience Required

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and capable of operating a golf cart
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
