Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Hospitality Managers and Golf Services staff, including training and scheduling.
• Oversee reservations and guest inquiries.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the venue.
• Maintain retail inventory and drive promotions.
• Monitor and maintain golf club quality and inventory.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager with a restaurant, hotel, or golf environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills for check in & reservation system.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
