Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus two years relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Must have teaching background in group, private and junior golf instruction.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide welcomed service.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for outside facilities.
• Coordinate services for golf tournaments and events.
• Maintain consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards.
• Protect assets, including guests' golf clubs and rental clubs.
• Detail and maintain golf course equipment and facilities.
