Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC in Pinehurst, NC seeks a friendly golf services attendant to greet guests, direct them to resort amenities, and assist with loading and unloading golf bags. You will operate a company vehicle, retrieve and load bags, clean and transport clubs, wash golf carts, and support Golf Professionals during corporate events.

A valid driver's license and CPR/AED certification are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; students enrolled part-time ok.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle and pass MVR checks; follow safety policies.
• Greet and direct guests and members to resort amenities.
• Retrieve and load golf bags for play.
• Clean clubs and transport to storage after play.
• Maintain a visible bag drop presence.
• Assist Golf Professionals with corporate event staging.
• Assist guests with transportation needs.
• Unload/load golf bags and shoes for guests.
• Provide directions at departure.
• Transport bags to Club Storage and event staging.
• Inspect and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Set up and break down the driving range.
• Wash golf carts and perform routine cart maintenance.
• Cross-train in other areas when requested.
• Must be CPR and AED trained bi-annually; training provided.
• Stay aware of surroundings in a golf environment and follow etiquette.
