Topgolf is hiring for hourly Golf Service Associate roles in a fast-paced, fun environment. You will welcome and assist players, share information about promos, help with clubs, and keep the venue clean and inviting to ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

Flexibility for day, night and weekend shifts is expected. Suitable for part-time or full-time positions, with competitive wages and tips where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring a smooth start to their Topgolf experience.
• Provide information about venue, gameplay, and current promotions to enhance the visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment to ensure players have the right gear.
• Keep the venue clean, organized and inviting; assist guests with recommendations.
• Support safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment.
