Job summary

Edwin Watts Golf, part of Worldwide Golf, is seeking a Golf Sales Associate in Bluffton to promote a store culture aligned with our values and the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. You will help customers select equipment and showcase product knowledge.

The role includes operating launch monitors, educating customers, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Part-time hours with growth opportunities and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will also be considered!)

Responsibilities

• Maintain an awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer.
• Educate customers on our golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide customer with valuable data during in-store experience
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and taking inventory of stock where needed.
• Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
