Job summary

The Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island is seeking a Golf Retail Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting daily operations of the golf retail shop. You will help guests with merchandise, restock, maintain displays, and assist with basic back-office tasks.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Golf knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and retail/back-office software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all guests.
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, sizing, product questions, and general shopping needs.
• Restock and replenish merchandise throughout the shop and maintain organized displays.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and inviting retail environment at all times.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed.
• Monitor merchandise levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Assist with basic back-office computer tasks, including inventory, merchandise, and retail-related systems.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current merchandise, golf apparel, accessories, and resort offerings.
• Assist with special events, tournaments, and increased retail activity as needed.
• Follow all resort and retail policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the retail team and management to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Job description

The Golf Retail Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations and presentation of the golf retail shop. This position will assist guests with their shopping needs, maintain merchandise levels, keep the shop clean and organized, and assist with basic back-office computer and administrative tasks.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all guests.
