Job summary

Pinehurst Resort is seeking a friendly attendant to greet guests, direct them to amenities, and assist with loading/unloading golf bags and equipment. You will support Golf Professionals, help with transportation needs, and maintain golf cart areas on site.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and bi-yearly CPR/AED certification. Join a team with a long tradition of hospitality in a premier golf destination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• Valid driver's license is required with compliance to MVR checks.
• CPR and AED certification on a bi-yearly basis is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests and members to resort amenities.
• Retrieve and load golf bags for play.
• Clean clubs and transport to storage area after play.
• Maintain a visible presence at bag drop.
• Assist Golf Professionals with staging for group outings.
• Assist guests with transportation needs.
• Unload and load guests' golf bags and shoes.
• Assist with directions upon departure.
• Wash and maintain golf carts; detail and perform routine maintenance.
• Cross train in other areas when requested by supervisor.
